Mike ‘ritual’ before every rally

Muktsar: Few know that the Badal bahu, Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal, who is invariably seen attired in colourful salwaar kameez, her head covered with a dupatta and wearing Punjabi jutti, has the microphone covered with a piece of white cloth clamped with a rubber band each time she is to address a public rally (see picture). One of her security guards performs this task. Only then does she begin her speech. Check this out the next time you are at a public meeting.
